From 27 to 31 October 2024<\/strong>, the S-Zone project partners met in San Sebasti\u00e1n (Donostia), Spain<\/strong>, for a Learning, Training and Teaching Activity (LTTA) focused on gamification in adult education<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LTTA brought together 12 staff from the three partner organizations to strengthen competencies and exchange perspectives on how gamification can support more engaging learning experiences<\/strong>, especially for older adults (50+)<\/strong>. Beyond skills development, the activity also reinforced transnational collaboration<\/strong>, enabling partners to align approaches and share practices that can be adapted locally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What this LTTA supports within S-Zone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Improving adult educators\u2019 competencies<\/strong> through innovative learning methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reducing social exclusion risks<\/strong> among seniors by fostering participation and motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Building a shared base of practices<\/strong> that can be transferred across communities and countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    S-Zone (Project ID: 2023-1-NL01-KA210-ADU-000157474<\/strong>) is implemented by a consortium of three organizations from the Netherlands, Romania and Spain, working together to promote inclusion, creativity and lifelong learning through innovative approaches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Next steps:<\/strong> partners will continue transforming the shared learning into local actions and dissemination activities, so that the outcomes can benefit educators, organizations and senior communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
